Main characteristics of the solution:
• up to 30 dispensers controllable by controller;
• use of servomotors with a high number of poles with a maximum speed of 1500 rpm;
• electronic cam profile programmable for dispensing;
• homing on sensor, on mechanical stop or on volumetric flow meter control;
• dispensing activatable at a certain angle of the programmable carousel;
• motion profiles programmable at n points in relation to the volume and position of the carousel;
• product presence activatable at a certain angle of the programmable carousel;
• with product not detected, the dispenser remains still until the next turn of the carousel;
• option for CANopen absolute encoder for the detection of the carousel position upon start-up.
