60 mm integrated programmable system

The programmable drives with integrated motor of the SM1A series with c0390, c1390, c0490, c1490 firmware are high performance devices, consisting of a Full Digital drive based on the precise pwm technology embedded in the f4d2 firmware to control the sinusoidal current, a 50 poles high torque motor and an optional encoder for motor stall detection and target position traking with less noise, less heating, smooth motions and energy saving. The SM1A units are programmable by the user by means of the PC Windows environment eePLC Studio, and are available in a wide power range with 2.4” flange (60 mm) motors. Besides compactness and power, the SM1A series offers maximum versatility and reliability, and a remarkable saving of wiring and electrical switchboards. By programming the motor movements and hardware resources which are available in different versions, and having at your disposal the Advanced Control Mode implementations in the real time Advanced Power Module, you can drive your own application fast and easy.

The extremely accurate construction of the SM1A line is the result of the enhanced engineering level of our design and production departments.

The available power range covers static torque requirements from 1.1 Nm of half stack motors to 3.3 Nm of four stack motors.
